Directions:
Wash, trim and half brussel sprouts. Wash, trim and cube butternut Squash. In a medium bowl toss Brussel Sprouts and Squash in olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Coat evenly.
Place evenly on a lightly oiled shallow baking dish.
Bake at 325 for 45 minutes stirring occasionally. Drizzle with maple syrup and bake until fork tender.
