Lemon Filling:
1. In a medium sauce pan whisk together egg yolks, sugar, Jello lemon pie filling, and water. 2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick. 3. Remove from heat, stir lemon juice and lemon zest, and pour into pre baked crust.
Meringue:
1. Beat egg whites at medium speed until soft peaks form. 2. Gradually beat in sugar at high speed until stiff peaks form. 3. Spoon onto pie, covering edges. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden.
