Sauté onions, peppers, and mushrooms in butter. Set aside. In a large bowl beat eggs and milk together, add garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mix well. Stir in onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded cheese and 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese in bottom for pie shell, pour egg mixture in shell and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Garnish with paprika and dill weed.
